Mikel’s Grace Limited Company Return & Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

Mikel’s Grace Company Limited is committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges, in line with good commercial practices and applicable consumer guidelines in Ghana.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories attached. Custom-made furniture, bespoke interior design plans, or personalized educational materials are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Digital downloads of educational materials.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper installation.
  • Products sold on a final sale or clearance basis (clearly marked as such).

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Within the eligibility period, email us at sales@mikelgracegroup.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Authorization & Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back to our designated warehouse. Returns shipped without authorization may not be accepted.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 5-7 business days to verify it meets the eligibility conditions.

5. Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
  • Exchanges: For an exchange of equal value, we will ship the replacement item once the return is approved. For exchanges of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.
  • Refunds for Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Changed Mind: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for returns based on a change of mind.

  • Our Error/Defective Item:
    We will cover all return shipping costs for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error.
